Als Keramikerin und Kreativunternehmerin, Ergotherapeutin mit langjähriger Praxis und Resilienztrainerin, bin ich Expertin zu den Themen Wahrnehmung, Resilienz, Kreativität und „etwas mit den Händen tun“.
Mein Wissen gebe ich in Resilienztrainings und Workshops, und als Autorin und Speakerin weiter.
Ich lebe im Oberen Mühlviertel, liebe meinen Mann, meine Familie, unsere Haustiere, lese und koche gerne (schnell).
