Als Keramikerin und Kreativunternehmerin, Ergotherapeutin mit langjähriger Praxiserfahrung und Resilienztrainerin verbinde ich Wissen und Erfahrung aus den Bereichen Wahrnehmung, Resilienz, Kreativität und dem „Tun mit den Händen“.
Mein Wissen gebe ich in Resilienztrainings und Workshops sowie als Autorin und Speakerin weiter.
Ich lebe im Oberen Mühlviertel, liebe meinen Mann, meine Familie und unsere Haustiere, lese gerne und koche – beides am liebsten schnell.
